As a result of conducted researches is designed and explored technology of realization the scheme of the simple shift with high velocity of deformation, for the reason of guarantee of high level of physical-mechanical features. With the help of computer simulation by software complex DEFORM 3D is estimated of the possibility of realization the new technology of deformation. Simulation is executed for three variants of geometries of the instrument. Is completed the simulation of the new technology for determinations of the conditions deformation (the temperature, the velocity of deformation). The most rational parameters of the process was chosen.
