Research works are carried out within the framework of Tula State University Science School, studying the magnetic-impulse forming. Determination of crimp-based assembly operation strategy is one of the research lines. As a result, technological processes of production of such products as “Tube flange”, “Sleeve-base” and “Cylinder” were developed and implemented. Application of pulsed magnetic field in assembly operations allowed to reduce the complexity of production in case of small structure changes of intersections of details and joints, which do not affect their functioning. Besides, unlike the pressing operations, application of pulsed magnetic field allowed to maximize the alignment of conjugated products.
